Accidents

The Dalles City

Nov. 5, 9:31 a.m. – Two vehicle, injury crash, 3800 block of West 6th Street. A report was taken.

Nov. 7, 7:39 a.m. – Single vehicle, non-injury crash, 3500 block of East 2nd Street. Driver struck a deer while traveling. The crash was logged.

Oregon State Police

Nov. 6, 11:41 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, 2100 block of West 6th Street. City police patrol vehicle was struck by another vehicle causing minor damage. A report was taken.

Nov. 7, 9:20 p.m. – Single vehicle, non-injury crash, Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 119. Driver struck a deer while traveling. The crash was logged.

Fire

Mid-Columbia Fire & Rescue

The agency responded to seven calls for emergency medical services on Nov. 5 and five on Nov. 6, No information was available for Nov. 7.

The Dalles City

A theft report was taken Nov. 5 from the 900 block of Federal Street after a victim reported some pop cans were stolen from her property.

Francisco Ramon Sisneroz, 21, no listed address, was arrested Nov. 5 near West 7th and Garden streets and is accused of second-degree theft and unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

A theft report was taken Nov. 5 from the 200 block of Laughlin Street after a victim reported some batteries were stolen from her travel trailer.

Dennis James Hester, 39, The Dalles, was arrested Nov. 5 in the 900 block of Washington Street and is accused of two counts of probation violation.

A burglary report was taken Nov. 5 from the 2400 block of East 14th Place after a victim reported his shop was broken into and had some items taken.

A theft report was taken Nov. 6 from the 1300 block of West 6th Street after a victim reported his cell phone was stolen.

Timothy Ray Deaver, 56, La Pine, was arrested Nov. 6 in the 600 block of West 2nd Street on a warrant for driving while suspended and reckless driving.

Brian Eugene Hensley, 54, no listed address, was arrested Nov. 6 in the 600 block of West 2nd Street on a warrant for second-degree failure to appear.

A burglary report was taken Nov. 6 from the 100 block of Webber Street after a victim reported his storage unit was broken into. Two other units were also broken into and separate reports were taken.

Police responded to the 2700 block of West 7th Street Nov. 7 after a victim reported chasing off a suspect who was breaking into his vehicle. Suspect fled the area prior to officer arrival. a report was taken.

A theft report as taken Nov. 7 from the 800 block of West 11th Street Nov. 7 after a victim reported someone came onto her property and stole some items from the carport.

Police responded to the 1200 block of West 6th Street Nov. 7 after a caller reported he was almost struck by a vehicle driving in the parking lot. A confrontation ensued but the driver fled prior to police arrival. A citizen’s complaint report was taken and the incident is under investigation.

An assault report was taken Nov. 7 from the 1200 block of East 13th Street after a caller reported he was assaulted by another male suspect.

Police responded to the 400 block of East 7th Street Nov. 8 after a caller reported a female suspect broke into her home. A burglary report was taken.

Police made contact with two juveniles Nov. 8 near the high school. One male juvenile was cited for minor in possession of tobacco. A report was taken.

Wasco County

A theft report as taken Nov. 5 in Dufur after a caller reported some equipment was stolen from a job site.

Deputy responded to Dufur Nov. 6 on a report of a domestic dispute. Contact was made with the male and female subjects involved who were counseled on their actions. The female half left for the day to let the situation cool down.

An informational report was taken Nov. 7 from the regional jail after staff reported a male subject called in and made threats to bring a weapon to the facility. The incident is under investigation.

William Ross Alsup, 66, Tygh Valley, was arrested Nov. 7 during a traffic stop in Wamic and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Regional Jail

Eber Gamaliel Pena Ruiz, 36, Salem, was jailed Nov. 5 on a court commitment for two counts of unlawful possession of marijuana and three counts of unlawful delivery of marijuana.

Joshua Norman Hall, 37, The Dalles, was jailed Nov. 6 on a court commitment for a drug court sanction.

William Dalton Adams, 22, no listed address, was transported by Multnomah County and jailed Nov. 7 after being arrested on a local warrant for post-prison violations.

Albert Chico Cervantes, 30, The Dalles, was transported by Marion County and jailed Nov. 7 after being arrested on a local warrant for two counts of probation violation.

David James Jacobsen, 36, The Dalles, was transported by Multnomah County and jailed Nov. 7 after being arrested on a local warrant for two counts of post-prison violations.

Patricia Lynn Ford, 53, Spokane, Wash., was transported by Pierce County and jailed Nov. 7 after being arrested on a Sherman County warrant for probation violation.

Parole & Probation

Melanie Kim Prante, 49, The Dalles, was arrested Nov. 5 in the community corrections office and is accused of probation violation.

George Allen Heckathorne, 61, The Dalles, was arrested Nov. 6 in the 1000 block of East 9th Street and is accused of two counts of probation violation.

Shelby Ann Elizabeth Long, 27, The Dalles, was arrested Nov. 7 in the community corrections office and is accused of three counts of probation violation.

Maverick Shane Mangold, 35, The Dalles, was arrested Nov. 7 in the community corrections office and is accused of probation violation.
